1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a service order and request a refund for services purchased through Intellivron's website. As our offerings are digital software development services (not physical products), refund eligibility depends on the stage of project execution.

All payments are processed through CCAvenue payment gateway. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Project Commencement

If you wish to cancel your order before the project work has commenced (i.e., before the discovery/planning phase begins), you are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the amount paid.

You must submit a cancellation request within 48 hours of placing the order and before any project work has started.

b) Cancellation After Project Commencement

Once the project work has commenced (discovery phase, design, or development has started), cancellation is subject to the following:

  • Discovery/Planning Phase: 75% refund of the total order amount
  • Design Phase (up to 25% completion): 50% refund of the total order amount
  • Development Phase (25%-50% completion): 25% refund of the total order amount
  • Beyond 50% completion: No refund will be issued. All partial deliverables will be provided to the client.

3. Refund Policy

a) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on the cancellation terms outlined in Section 2. Additionally, refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full.
  • Service Not Delivered: If we fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeline (plus a reasonable buffer period) without valid justification, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund.
  • Quality Issues: If the delivered product does not meet the agreed-upon specifications and we are unable to resolve the issues within the warranty period, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

b) Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project completion or beyond 50% completion
  • Failure to provide required content, materials, or feedback by the client, resulting in project delays
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons not related to the agreed project scope or specifications
  • Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or domain registrars
  • Requests made after 30 days from the order date (unless the project has not commenced)

4. Refund Process

5. Delivery & Shipping Policy

Important: Intellivron provides digital software development services only. No physical goods are shipped or delivered.

a) Nature of Deliverables

All our services result in digital deliverables including but not limited to:

  • Website source code and deployment
  • Mobile application builds (APK/IPA) and app store submissions
  • Software source code and documentation
  • Design files and assets
  • Database schemas and configurations
  • API documentation and integration guides

b) Mode of Delivery

Digital deliverables will be provided through one or more of the following methods:

  • Deployment to client's hosting server or cloud platform
  • Source code shared via GitHub, GitLab, or other version control platforms
  • File transfer through secure cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
  • App store deployment (Google Play Store, Apple App Store)
  • Email with download links for relevant files and documentation

d) Delivery Confirmation

Upon delivery, you will receive a formal notification with details of the deliverables, access credentials (if applicable), and documentation. You are expected to review and confirm acceptance within 7 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request or have any dispute regarding our services:

  2. Internal Review: Our team will conduct a thorough review and respond within 7 business days.
  3. Mediation: If the dispute remains unresolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
  4. Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For orders placed before a policy change, the policy in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
